David D’Agostino



is a member of the firm of Gorham & Gorham, Inc., located in Scituate, Rhode Island. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Providence College and his Juris Doctor Degree from Roger Williams University School of Law.

Prior to entering the legal profession, David worked for a Rhode Island-based electrical contracting firm in a corporate capacity. He was formerly a full-time faculty member at Gibbs College, Rhode Island, and now serves as an adjunct in the Criminal Justice Department.

While he maintains a general practice, David focuses his areas of practice on business development, construction and corporate law, human resources law, medical malpractice litigation, municipal law, nursing home abuse and neglect, and zoning and planning matters. David is a member of several legal and professional associations, including the Rhode Island Bar Association, Washington D.C. Bar Association, the Federalist Society, and the American Management Society.

David is admitted to practice before all Rhode Island State Courts, the Federal District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. He has successfully represented businesses and individuals in legal matters in all of these jurisdictions.

David has served as Town Moderator for the Town of Scituate, an elected position, since 1998. He remains active in various local civic and fraternal organizations. He resides in Scituate.
