Bradford Gorham
is a resident of Foster, Rhode Island, where he has lived for most of his life and where he and his wife raised their five children. He is a graduate of Hope High School in Providence, Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire and an honors graduate of Harvard Law School. Between college and law school he served as a platoon leader and company commander in the U.S. Marine Corps. He continued in the U.S. Marine Corps reserves for a number of years and was honorably discharged as a Captain. He has practiced law in Rhode Island since 1964. His practice covers every aspect of civil and criminal law and he has practiced before all State Courts and agencies and before the Federal Courts in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. His law firm has extensive experience in municipal and educational law, having represented the Town of Foster, Scituate, West Greenwich, Exeter, New Shoreham, Smithfield and East Greenwich at various times. Gorham & Gorham has represented the Exeter-West Greenwich Regional School District since its formation in 1965. He served the people of western Rhode Island as Representative and Senator for twenty years. He has served a number of Rhode Island communities as Judge of Probate. In addition to his public duties, he has been a member of many civic and fraternal organizations.
Nicholas Gorham
of Coventry, RI is a partner in the firm of Gorham & Gorham, Inc. in Scituate, RI. He is a graduate of Moses Brown School, the University of Rhode Island (B.A. 1983) and Boston University School of Law School cum laude (J.D. 1989) where he was named a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar and Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar. As an attorney, he is involved in personal injury law, real estate law, municipal and school law, business law, corporate transactions, complex litigation, product liability and admiralty. He has served as trial and appellate counsel in several important cases decided by the Rhode Island Supreme Court. He received the RI Trial Lawyers "Case of the Year" award in September 2002 for his work on a seminal case involving insurance bad faith, Skaling v. Aetna Ins. Co. As a member of the RI House of Representatives, (R-District 40 Foster, Glocester & Coventry) he was the prime sponsor of the "Separation of Powers" legislation in 2001, 2002 and 2003 that was placed on the ballot in November 2004 and passed by greater than 70% of the electorate. He lives in the Greene section of Coventry with his wife Roseanna and their two children, Austin and Alejandra.

Jane G. Gurzenda
of Foster, Rhode Island is a partner in the firm of Gorham & Gorham, Inc. in Scituate, Rhode Island. She is a graduate of Moses Brown School, Bates College (B.A. 1988) and Boston University School of Law cum laude (J.D. 1996). As an attorney her practice involves real estate, estate planning, estate settlement, taxation, and corporate and small business law, and municipal law. She is the assistant solicitor for the Town of Foster. Jane is an agent with the Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and Mortgage Guarantee Title Insurance Company. Jane also serves on the board of several charitable organizations: The Rhode Island 4-H Foundation, The Eastern States Exhibition Board of Trustees, and the Howard Foundation. Jane lives in Foster with her husband Joe and her children Jared and Julia where they have a small horse farm.

Dianne L. Izzo
of North Kingstown, RI joined Gorham & Gorham in 2000 and was named a partner of the firm in 2004. She received her undergraduate BS degree from the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Communications, and her JD from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, a member of the first graduating class in Rhode Island, with honors in contracts and professional responsibility.
Dianne's practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation, family law, school law and municipal law. She serves as counsel to the Scituate School Committee. As assistant solicitor for the towns of Scituate and Foster, Dianne prosecutes criminal cases in the 6th Division District Court. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and in the United States District Court for Rhode Island.
An active participant in community service, Dianne was the 2005 recipient of the RI Bar Association's Pro Bono Publico award for her work on behalf of indigent clients referred by the Volunteer Lawyer Program. Since 2003, Dianne has served as President of the Board of Directors of VSA arts of Rhode Island, a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities in the arts to people with disabilities. Dianne lives with her husband Robert J. Izzo near Wickford Village in a Poplar Point cottage.

Christopher A. Anderson
is an associate at the firm of Gorham & Gorham. He is a graduate of Carleton College with a major in Political Science and concentration in East Asian Studies. Mr. Anderson graduated from Roger Williams School of Law in 2002 where, he was Editor-In-Chief of the Law Review.
As an attorney, Mr. Anderson has tried cases in the District and Superior Courts. Mr. Anderson is involved in all areas of real estate law and litigation, contract law, municipal and school law as well as the general practice of law. He is also active in his local community, serving as the President of the Quidnick Association and is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Pawtucket YMCA. Mr. Anderson is a life long resident of Western Coventry, where he lives with his wife and two children.

David D'Agostino
is a member of the firm of Gorham & Gorham, Inc., located in Scituate, Rhode Island. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Providence College and his Juris Doctor Degree from Roger Williams University School of Law.
Prior to entering the legal profession, David worked for a Rhode Island-based electrical contracting firm in a corporate capacity. He was formerly a full-time faculty member at Gibbs College, Rhode Island, and now serves as an adjunct in the Criminal Justice Department.
While he maintains a general practice, David focuses his areas of practice on business development, construction and corporate law, human resources law, medical malpractice litigation, municipal law, nursing home abuse and neglect, and zoning and planning matters. David is a member of several legal and professional associations, including the Rhode Island Bar Association, Washington D.C. Bar Association, the Federalist Society, and the American Management Society.
David is admitted to practice before all Rhode Island State Courts, the Federal District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. He has successfully represented businesses and individuals in legal matters in all of these jurisdictions.
David has served as Town Moderator for the Town of Scituate, an elected position, since 1998. He remains active in various local civic and fraternal organizations. He and his wife Sheila make their home in Scituate.
